Go to https://myapps.albertahealthservices.ca/ and login with the GENERIC login information provided to you.
Tip: If you are asked to supply a second RSA code, enter the password and a new combination of the 4-digit and 8-digit OTP.
Once logged in, the Connect Care Provider Portal icon will appear.
