Due to an extreme shortage of staff at Health System Access within Acute Care Alberta, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept new research-related IT access requests until further notice.
Use the form below to provide your contact information and request details to be notified about HSA IT access updates.
For research monitoring visits occurring between today and June 30, we ask you to contact your study team to make alternate arrangements. Please review the
Calgary Centre for Clinical Research (CCCR)
or
Northern Alberta Clinical Trial & Research Centre
(NACTRC) guidance documents.
