​! Important Update !​

AHS Health System Access is currently launching a new, streamlined resource request process, replacing the previous HSA SharePoint submission form.  This process is being rolled out across the province throughout April 2023 so please note:

For Researchers OUTSIDE of Edmonton Zone:

The AHS resource request application is available directly within IRISS and linked to your ethics application based on Research Ethics Board approval dates.

• Studies that received ethics approval ON or AFTER April 01, 2023 will have the AHS module enabled and available through the AHS Resources and Facilities tab in your main IRISS dashboard workspace. You will receive an email with instructions on how to submit applications using this new module.
  
• Studies approved BEFORE April 01, 2023 and still requiring an AHS application, please email the program manager to request access to the AHS Resources and Facilities tab within IRISS.

For Researchers WITHIN the Edmonton Zone:

At this time, please submit your AHS application via NACTRC. To initiate this process, upload your protocol through the NACTRC portal.

Be assured – all applications already submitted through the previous HSA SharePoint questionnaire will continue to be processed throughout this transition period.
